Each year, the Southernmost Hockey Club awards a $1000 scholarship to a graduating senior at Key West High School.  To be elgible for this scholarship, the applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or an SAT score of 950 or higher. The applicant must have participated in the Southernmost Hockey Club.  If you are an elgible candidate, please fill out this application, and attach to it an essay as described below.

To complete this application, attach an essay that describes how you have helped your community, indicating any community service that you have performed and how you would use your continued education to benefit the Keys.  This essay should be typed, double spaced, and be a minimum of 500 words.  Your essay can be  submitted on a 3.5 diskette in either Microsoft Word or Wordperfect format, as long as it is clearly labeled on the diskette and it accompanies this application.  Completed applications should be turned into your CAP Counselor two months prior to graduation
