HOCKEY REGISTRATION

The Southernmost Hockey Club is holding a Registration Drive Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the hockey rink from 10 AM to 1 PM.

The USA Hockey Inline year is September 1 to August 31
Registration is $85 per year.

If you wish to register, you may use the two links below to download a copy of the registration form. Once you complete the forms, please mail the completed forms with a check for $85.00 (Includes Insurance) made payable to Southernmost Hockey Club.
